Digital Printing

We have recently installed a Hewlett Packard FB500, which is one of the latest flat bed wide format digital printers. This machine uses UV-cured ink and we can print directly to a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates in high resolution with very striking print quality.

Wide format digital printing is increasingly popular because it is the only cost-effective way of printing small to medium quantities of full colour displays, posters, boxes, standees, etc.  Not only are we able to produce great quality prints on our digital printer but we can also do the cutting and finishing for you too.  We have CNC cutting tables that can cut and crease your wide format digital prints so that you can be creative with your ideas and let us do the rest.

We can print on any material up to 2.5m wide and in any length.  The maximum thickness is 60mm as long as the substrate is fairly flat.  We can print direct to cardboard, foamex, wood, stone, glass, fabric, plastic, etc.
