Here are just a few ideas that we have used to help our customers achieve their objectives.
Cardboard Leaflet Holder
If you are having a display stand designed, why not make your investment work harder for you by making it have an extra use? A simple pocket can usually be placed on the front of the unit (normally at no extra cost) to hold leaflets so that your potential customers can be better informed without having to find a sales adviser.
Laminated Construction
Having many sheets of board sandwiched together can give a very distinctive, strong and environmentally friendly image. This idea can be used for furniture, shelving, displays and any idea that comes into your head! This construction is ideally suited to short run projects but you are guaranteed to make an impression with this idea!
Structural Design
Corrugated board products can be made for an infinite number of uses. It is true that most have a specific mundane function such as holding books or displaying a product but this versatile and environmentally friendly medium can be used for purposes that are a bit more adventurous. Here you can see that the internal reinforcement has made this box so strong that it could support the weight of a man with ease. Remember, if you can dream it... we can make it!
Special Offer Bin
The header board on this dump bin is designed to hold a paper sheet that can be printed by you on your office printer. This allows you great flexibility so that you can change your special offers or sales message at will without having to change the whole display. This idea is very adaptable to a variety of display units.
Profile Cut Lettering
This idea is rarely seen and therefore it is quite striking. It lends itself particularly to exhibition displays but can be used anywhere.
Profile Cut Logos
Sometimes you can die-cut your logo into the board to personalise your packaging without having to pay the extra cost of printing. One extra use is to provide air holes in the boxes and to project an image all in one.
High Strength Boxes
If you need to have extremely strong boxes or if you require especially great stacking strength then wooden corners may be the answer. We are happy to look for a composite solution to meet any challenge.
Bending the Laws of Physics
Corrugated board can be folded only along straight lines - right? ...Wrong! Sometimes the aesthetics of a design call for some curved surfaces in preference to an angular construction and we are happy to explore the limits of what is possible with the materials we use.
Fire-Resistant Corrugated Board
Sometimes our design brief requires that our raw materials meet specific fire-resistance standards. We can offer special boards that meet this requirement.
Moisture-Resistant Board
Our moisture-resistant board is used where a product may get the occasional splash or when resistance to grease or stains is required.
